Weekly Report Automation
Stop rebuilding the same report every week.
You export the files. Then comes the cleanup: fixing columns, combining rows, checking totals, and rebuilding the spreadsheet. I turn that repeatable work into a small tool your team can run again next week.
Fit check first. Agree the scope before the build. Opens Cal.com in a new tab.
Same files.
Same rules.
Every week.
This fits an operations team with a recurring report, stable exports, and a person responsible for checking the output.
For example: combine a jobs export with a status export to show completed work, open work, and records that need a closer look. Your report and rules define the build.
Built, tested, handed over.
See the package limits- A tool your team can run

A small, clear scope.
The $750 package covers
- Inputs
- Up to two source systems, two fixed CSV formats, and 25,000 rows per file.
- Output
- One Excel workbook with up to five agreed metrics and flagged records.
- Setup
- One local Windows workflow, one team, and one person who reviews the report.
Outside this package
Live integrations, unattended scheduling, dashboards, historical data cleanup, payments, automated messages, and updates back into your business systems. Ongoing monitoring and maintenance are not included.
Local files. Ordinary operational data.
The tool reads local files and writes the report locally. It does not call an AI model or cloud API. Your existing spreadsheet software and any export fees from your source systems remain your responsibility.
Healthcare records, payroll, personal financial information, payment-card data, passwords, and other sensitive personal data are excluded.
Start with a description of the task. Don't send private records with your inquiry.
Need help deciding where AI fits first? The separate $49 AI Readiness Audit remains available. This package is a scoped reporting implementation.
From your report to a repeatable tool.
First, show me how it works today.
We use the call to check fit. Before I accept the project, we agree on the inputs, output, checks, and start date. For the build, I'll need:
- One current report and a walkthrough of how you make it.
- Two representative sample runs with sensitive information removed, plus the results each should produce.
- Definitions for up to five metrics, including the rules for combining and flagging records.
- One point of contact who can answer questions and review the demo.
- An approved Windows computer that can run Python, plus Excel or a compatible spreadsheet viewer. I confirm compatibility before accepting the project.
Then, build and check it together.
Target delivery is ten business days after the agreed start and receipt of the required inputs. At handoff, we compare the workbook with your expected results and have you run the workflow using the runbook.
One revision round. A clear defect window.
One round of changes to the agreed calculations or layout is included. Send consolidated feedback within five business days of the demo.
Fixes for defects reported within 14 calendar days after handoff are included when the delivered tool does not match the agreed scope. New sources, new reports, or changed export formats need a separate scope.

Show me the report you keep rebuilding.
Tell me what you export, what the finished report should show, and roughly how long the manual work takes. We'll check whether it fits this package and confirm the scope and start date.
US$750 one time, subject to an agreed scope. Booking opens Cal.com in a new tab.
